No Meteosat from 2030 UTC through 2300 UTC 10 DEC 1999 (99344)

SSEC has not recieved any Meteosat-7 data since the 2000 UTC image on 10
DEC 1999 due to an unscheduled power outage at NASA-Wallops. They
expect to be back up between 2200 UTC and 2300 UTC.
