[conduit] NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations

Hello NSF Unidata community,


Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center will be pausing most operations effective the week of 12 May 2025. Nearly all Program Center staff will be furloughed until funds from our existing NSF grant become available.
