CONDUIT support,

Sorry for the late notice, but the SREF upgrade has finally been
rescheduled, it will go in this Wednesday, October 21st. I'm still waiting
for the new TIN to be posted, but this version is still scientifically
accurate, it's just now we have an implementation date instead of TBD:
