[CONDUIT #QWD-621691]: GFS upgrade

Thanks for the timely reply.  We will send a note out to the Unidata CONDUIT
community reminding them of this milestone event.

Is there any reason to NOT throw the switch on the 0.25 GFS data addition
to CONDUIT tomorrow morning?
