[Support #BGM-817689]: Huge CONDUIT latencies, lost data starting ~ 00 UTC last night

Hi Pete,

I apologize for not being around yesterday to help out with the
CONDUIT problems...

I am in contact with Becky Cosgrove of NOAA/NCEP regarding the problems
you have been experiencing with your CONDUIT feed REQUEST(s) and the
missing SREF data.

For future reference, here is appropriate NCEP contact information for
CONDUIT (NB: NOT datastream content questions; those should be posted
to address@hidden):
