I am still unable to connect.  I determined this by trying to contact 
140.90.33.32 using 'ldmping' and 'notifyme'.

For the WOC network folks: my machine needs to be allowed to connect
on port 388.  Again, my machine is:

gale.unidata.ucar.edu
128.117.156.80
