Re: New TIGGE parameters

Justin,

I can double check the table entries if you have some sample data files.
The parameter discipline, category, and identifier as well as vertical
coordinates below are all in the tables. The dependency that I would
need to check is if these combinations have the parameter definition
template for
each of the variable (if it is #11 then should be all set).
