Yep. Agreed here (though Jerry feeds from me so it's kind of redundant..) All the files are there, and they are coming in in order, but they are significantly later than they had been prior to these most recent changes (say late December). However, as I write this, at 2047 UTC, we have not yet started to get the 18 UTC NAM. The 12 UTC 1 deg GFS just finished out to 180 hours at around 20 UTC.
