RUC/NCEP Hybrid-B A252 GRIB outage

We have not seen Hybrid-B A252 GRIB data since 01/08/05 17:51:45 Z. This
data has been very sporadic/intermittent over the past couple days. We
receive 20-km (A252) resolution grid files via 'atm.geo.nsf.gov'  for
three file types: Hybrib-B, Isobaric, and Surface. Hybrid-B seems to be
the only file type affected.  Can you provide any information regarding
this issue?
