[AWIPS #NJP-138911]: Radar data lagging behind

Have you tried removing caveData and restarting CAVE? Again, I'm not seeing any 
radar being lagged. 

Once you've restarted CAVE and if you still see this, can you please provide a 
screenshot of your CAVE clock and the radar products loaded?> Hello, I’m on
