[AWIPS #MRN-524967]: some radar picks are not updated

Hi there,

> NEXRAD all selections show 07.1755 old data
> FNEXRAD all selections show 07.1755 old data
> Mosaic selections show 09.1194 which is up to date

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're looking into it right now and 
should hopefully
have a fix soon.
