Which version of CAVE are you using?
We put out a release at the end of last year (December 2023) for our latest
version of AWIPS:
https://unidata.ucar.edu/blogs/news/entry/awips-tips-unidata-awips-203
If you don't have the latest version, please update using our instructions from
our website:
https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/
And then try connecting to our public EDEX server (edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu)
again and let
us know if you're still having trouble?
Thanks.
