Hello, It sounds like something didn't install correctly. Do you have the output of your install? There should be a log file in /tmp/awips-install.log. The file should be installed with awips2-data.hdf5-topo rpm. So you could try re-installing that rpm or doing a full install. We will also be releasing a new version of AWIPS in 2 weeks (version 20.3.2) with quite a few updates (and currently have the beta version of this available here: https://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-edex-beta-v20/).
