[AWIPS #KNK-612554]: when I try to move map location problem, & need information

Hello,

It's still hard to see what's happening. Are you clicking in central Oklahoma 
and when you click it jumps to southwest Missouri? I'm not able to replicate 
any jumpy behavior on our end. Does this happen on all of your map displays or 
just this 2-panel?
