[AWIPS #AXA-434256]: NSHARP Button

Hi there,

You reported the following issue with our CAVE Beta using our bug tracking form:
"the NSHARP icon does not appear"

We resolved this with our latest release of the Beta (version 20.3.2-0.4) today:

Please let us know if you're able to update CAVE and see this fix.
