[AWIPS #HNE-751406]: AWIPS: Unable to Post to EDEX

Okay, that sounds good. You probably will need both port 9581 and 9582 to be 
open in order for 
EDEX to communicate properly with CAVE.  You may also need the IP address of 
the EDEX machine,
please let us know if that is necessary and we can help.
