[AWIPS #WCD-406645]: Odd issue regarding AWIPS ADE and WarnGen

You're seeing this error with the NWS ADE because they require ssl 
certification authentication when 
connecting to their EDEX, and we have this disabled in our distribution.  
Although, I'm fairly certain
their distribution comes with the certs you need to authenticate.  Are you 
running EDEX and eclipse on
the same machine, or different machines?
