Hi Pete, > I can clarify the image export function in V20 is working fine in Ventura. I > the freeze up > occurred with V20 in Big Sur. Okay, great, I will mark this specific issue as closed for now, unless we encounter anything else going forward. And I also wanted to update you, one of the other bugs you submitted was: "The city name density in V20 is too great per zoom level. This was not in issue in v18." We have addressed this, and in the next CAVE release it will look much more similar to v18. Thanks again for bringing that to our attention. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: IRW-507154 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: High Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
