[AWIPS #IVX-743495]: Tripled Toolbar

Hello,

That's very interesting and we have not seen that behavior before. What 
operating system are you running CAVE on? 

Can you try closing CAVE, removing caveData and then re-open up CAVE and see if 
that fixed the issue?
