[AWIPS #IUD-228100]: difficulty installing phython-awips course material

Hi Jim,

That weather sounds wonderful! I am jealous.

If you come back to this tomorrow, please remember to do this in Anaconda 
Prompt, not the
regular windows terminal.
Another way to get a list of the packages in that environment is to activate it:
conda activate python3-awips

And then list:
conda list

And then deactivate it, to go back to your base environment:
conda deactivate

And then proceed with the instructions I gave you on my previous email.
