We don't have access to all global satellite and METAR data, but we do have the GFS 1.0 global model. As for changing units, there isn't a single place that switches between imperial and metric, however you can search for specific parameters and models and change these units in a user override file. We have a blog that gives an example on how to do this: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/blogs/news/entry/awips-tips-creating-a-user Thanks, Tiffany Meyer AWIPS Lead Software Engineer UCAR-Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: NWM-356264 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
