[AWIPS #PHZ-247370]: problems with installing on windows



Hey Jim,

Are you able to sort that list of incoming rules, and confirm you just have the 
two for CAVE?
And then can you disable those rules? (right click > disable).

And then clear caveData, and restart CAVE again, and then do you have a full 
Models menu 
(should look like the attached photo)?

Also, are you on a personal network (like at home) or are you at some kind of 
institution 
(school, company, organization, etc)?
