[AWIPS #TSM-138530]: AWIPS GFS LAMP Ceiling and Visibility Question

Hello,

Looking into this, it looks like there weren't any specific purge rules for GFS 
LAMP data, so it was using the default of 2 versions which was why you were 
only seeing 2 hours worth of data. I've added a new purge rule specific for GFS 
LAMP to keep 25 versions (hours). Within the next 24 hours you should be seeing 
more data.
