Hi there,

Could you please send a screenshot the next time this happens?
Also, if it does throw an error, you should be able to open up AlertView (from 
the 
"CAVE" menu > "Open AlertView"), and then if you could copy the entire error 
message 
as well (or save it to a file and attach that), that would be helpful too.
