Hi David, One of my coworkers just notified me of another common way of converting WRF data. You can use the Unified Post Processor (UPP) to convert WRF output to GRIB data: https://dtcenter.org/community-code/unified-post-processor-upp-wrf Also, if you're using Python, you might be able to make use of an existing Python interface to convert between netcdf and grib: https://github.com/ecmwf/cfgrib Let me know if either of those are helpful? --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: FRQ-918024 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
