Hi,
NetCDF is a library for reading/writing binary netCDF files. If you are
interested in creating a GUI element, that will be part of the toolkit/SDK you
are using, to interact with netCDF. In your original question you mention that
you know this, that you're using Delphi, and that you are curious about how to
get the data from the National Hurricane Center. I'm afraid I don't know how
to, either, beyond whatever mechanism the NHC offers (my background is computer
science, not meteorology/atmospheric science). You might try contacting the
NHC directly to inquire about their data access.
Sorry I can't provide a more immediately useful response, but hopefully this
will point you in the right direction.
