Hello, In the future there will be for both of these. Currently SPC Outlooks are issued in a different software and the NWS is working on transitioning that into AWIPS. Again, eventually a new perspective in AWIPS will be added called Hazard Services where all Watches, Warnings and Advisories will be taking place, but that is still under design currently.
