[AWIPS #WOM-137582]: CAVE refused connection to server question



Okay, yea so here it looked like it had trouble removing the databases, which 
makes sense because your databases didn't exist.

And your log2 shows no groups installed. So, let's take care of this the manual 
way. Do an:

rpm -qa | grep awips2

I'm guessing some rpms still exist? If so, make sure your 
/etc.yum.repos.d/awips2.repo file has enabled=1 (this gets reset after an 
install).

Then run (as root):
yum remove awips2-*

Remove all directories except the "dev" directory in /awips2 (or if you have 
any log/config files you want to save)

Do a:
yum group clean

Then try to re-install and see what the output looks like:
./awips_install.sh --edex
