Okay, at least it looks like everything got removed. Try the install command again...once in a while if there's an internet glitch or something it fails to download the rpms, but it was pulling all the correct repos from the right place. At the end of the awips_install.sh script, it disables the awips2.repo file, so if you do a big "yum update" it doesn't try and over-write/update the current version of AWIPS you have installed. However, when you re-run the script, it will re-download the repo which will be enabled. Sorry this is causing so many issues, usually it's not this complicated to update!
