[AWIPS #HNJ-767759]: 2nd Notice: upcoming product addition to the IDD NIMAGE feed

>just a quick query, are these supposed to be in the distribution file glm.xml,

There shouldn't be a glm.xml file in your distribution directory - that is old 
and not used any more.

If you are using Unidata's AWIPS Build, you shouldn't have to update anything. 
The gridded GLM data uses the goesr.xml distribution and the flash points use 
the dmw.xml distribution file.
