> so when i try to load nexrad data from any station it says no data > available but on the us map data loads is there any fix Hello, Sorry about this. About a month ago NOAAPort stopped distributing the lower resolution Reflectivity (1km, product #94) and Velocity (.5km, product #99) and replaced them with the higher-resolution Reflectivity (.25km, product #153) and Velocity (.25km, product #154). Our code in this case is still looking for the lower resolution data. I've updated this code for our next CAVE release. In the mean time, as a workaround you can: File-->New Map Right Click Hold in the middle of the map, select "Two Panel Layout" Load any maps you'd like On the left panel, Right Click Hold and select "Load to this panel" (Note: the yellow "L" in the bottom left) Select Radar-->Nexrad Stations-->kXXX-->kXXX Z (under "Best Res Base Product")--> 0.5 Z best res On the right panel, Right Click Hold and select "Load to this panel" (Note: the yellow "L" in the bottom left) Select Radar-->Nexrad Stations-->kXXX-->kXXX V (under "Best Res Base Product")--> 0.5 Z best res While taking more steps, this should be a valid workaround until we can get an updated CAVE build out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
