Hmmm, I'm confused what you are asking? If you ingest the grib2 file without making the correct changes it will show up as GribModel:54:0:36 - but you can look at the database to know what information to put into the grid xml file. Once you've correctly set up your grid/model xmls and restart EDEX the data will show up as CMC-Regional.
