[AWIPS #CWJ-540985]: grb2 decode question.

Hey Pete,

Okay I think I follow what you've done and may have the answer for you, but 
first
one more quick question.

Which table file exactly did you change?  And what were the exact lines you 
added in
for your new GSTF entry?
