We actually just had another user asking about this data earlier today. What do you mean by "ECMWF requires attribution"? You can see our response here on how to solve the issue of it being stored as GribModel:98:0:153: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/support/help/MailArchives/awips/msg01205.html You can see you'll have to add a xml file and then add a subset of code to another xml file.
