Hi David, > One other thing I've noticed is the Redbook products in the Product Browser > have also stopped working. I'm sorry to hear our EDEX has been acting up. We are going to push out a new release tomorrow morning, and that EDEX seems to be working properly including Redbook data. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will send out an email on the awips2-users mailing list with instructions how to update CAVE. Please subscribe to that list if you have not already: https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/support/index.html#mailinglists Thank you. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: FZM-125642 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
