Hi Jesse, I think at this point our best recommendation is to completely uninstall miniconda and CAVE. If possible I might also suggest uninstalling anaconda as well, but if you have other python things that depend on that installation, I understand. I would recommend completely redoing steps 1, 3, 5, and 6 from our instructions, and be sure to check both boxes on the Miniconda installation so it sets the PATH variable properly. http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#windows Sorry this has been such a hassle, we know our direct installation for windows can be a bit of a pain and the steps need to be followed very carefully in order for everything to work.
