[AWIPS #APZ-232896]: Windows Install



You mentioned you had other python packages installed. What packages are
those? If you uninstall our the new miniconda, do you still have the
Miniconda directory in your home?

If you go to Add/Remove Programs, what does it show listed under the M's
near miniconda?
