Hi Tiffany - no luck with this new format. Where did you get that format btw?? Notice that the pqact entry is generic and doesn’t specify a nomenclature for the file that is submitted. It only shows what the file will look like when it get stored in /awips2/data_store/lightning We'd like to pursue the pqact method since it *should* work and rendering in CAVE will be implicit based on polarity and should fall under the already-present NLDN menu in CAVE's "Surface" menu. As a reminder we are documenting how to do all of this and once we are finished we would like to provide a doc to you or at least let people know we have one they can use on the awips2 mailing list.
