Hi Pete, > I upgraded to Mac OS Monterey last evening, but had never received that error > message when it was running Mac OS Big Sur. Clicking on the “Learn More” > button > on the error message does bring you directly to the Python2 sunsetting p url > age in a browser. Just wanted you folks to be heads up. Not sure what do do > if > I need to go back to Mac OS Big Sur. Could you send me the url of the page it takes you to? And, if it's not too much hassle for you, I'd suggest going back to Big Sur for the time being, because I don't imagine I'll have a fix for you by the end of the day. It might take us a few days to figure out how to get CAVE to run, or if it's even possible. And I can't start really testing, until our IT gives us the green light to update our own machines. Sorry I don't have a better solution for you right now. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: UFO-664779 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
