Hi Clayton, The Mac download has been updated. Please do the following: - drag and drop your current CAVE installation into the trash to uninstall it, the most likely locations for it are in your /Applications or home/Applications directories. - clear your cache by removing caveData: open a new terminal, and run rm -rf Library/caveData - download our new installer and reinstall CAVE from our website under step 2 (the installer is named the same as before, so that's expected behavior): http://unidata.github.io/awips2/install/install-cave/#download-and-installation-instructions_3 When CAVE is very first starting up, you should see a "18.2.1-2" on the splash screen. Sorry about this inconvenience. Thanks. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: CTT-601105 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
