Hi there, > I’m going to hang on to that terminal command ! Works great now. > I was never able to locate that users/~user/library/caveData folder before. > It just wasn’t listed. I wonder if it was hidden ? Anyway, thanks a million! Okay, that's great it worked! And yes, the user's "Library" directory is a hidden file (which was surprising to me when I found out). So, running on the command line is the easiest way (for me) to clear caveData. The other way is to open a finder and go to your user's home directory and then press the keys: CMD+shift+. and this will display the hidden files and directories, then you should be able to see "Library" and go inside to delete caveData, if you prefer using the graphic interface, instead of the command. Thank you for upgrading CAVE! We hope you enjoy the latest release. Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or problems. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: EYA-948328 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
