[AWIPS #AZW-707483]: Older version of AWIPS2

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. You shouldn't be depending on outdated videos and builds. For example, the 
Warngen capability to issue warnings is not something that we support. Previous 
versions of CAVE are not supported for use and cannot be installed.

If you are running and old installCAVE.sh script that is just a link to our 
current repos where we only host the most recent version of CAVE rpms. However 
regardless, before running an install script, the previous version needs to be 
removed using the steps I mentioned.
