[AWIPS #HRB-954371]: Ingesting But Not Decoding

First remove the installed groups (not sure if you have CAVE or just EDEX). 

yum groupremove "AWIPS EDEX Server" "AWIPS CAVE"

Check to see if all the awips2-rpms got removed: 
rpm -qa | grep awips2

yum clean all
rm -rf /awips2

Then reinstall:
./awips_install.sh -edex
