Hey Pete,
You still have to have the dots and parenthesis section afterwards (you
actually don't necessarily
need parenthesis but we'll leave them to help give us a name for the data_store
file).
So, your pqact.conf entry should look like:
^([P][A-Z0-9]{3,6}) (....) (..)(..)(..)(..)
This will create a match because of the "KWNO 230000" section of the product ID.
