Hi Peter,

It shouldn't matter in the styleRules they you have multiple entries. I'm 
wondering if you have multiple versions of the goesrCMI-ImageryStyleRules.xml

In CAVE, go to the Localization Perspective 
(http://unidata.github.io/awips2/cave/localization-perspective/) and go to 
D2D->Style Rules->goesrCMI-ImageryStyleRules.xml

It *should* show just "BASE". If you open that up, does that have the correct 
parameter names?
