[AWIPS #HHI-539282]: GOES 16 ABI L1b file submittal to LDM via pqinsert question

Okay, so it is now storing so that's good. Next would be to look at the log 
files in /awips2/edex/logs like you were before to see if it's unrecognized 
logs or if there was an error ingesting it.
