[AWIPS #HHI-539282]: GOES 16 ABI L1b file submittal to LDM via pqinsert question

Hi Peter,

I was wondering if the feedtype would be an issue. Try changing the feedtype 
you are using to "NIMAGE" both in your pqinsert command and in your pqact.conf 
entry. If it doesn't get stored in data_store, nothing downstream will happen 
(won't show up in the edex logs or CAVE).
