Hi Peter, Sorry for the delay in responding. Let's hold off on the L1b-RadC files, those aren't currently available in AWIPS even though they are in the pqact.conf file. The files you are going to want are the ABI-L2-CMIP* files (which are the single channel) and then the derived products. Note, there are 4 sectors that are represented by: CMIP[C] is CONUS, CMIP[F] is Full Disk, and CMIP[M] are the two Mesoscale sectors. You will need to do the following steps on your EDEX server: cd /awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base/satellite/goesr/descriptions/Level2 wget https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/awips2/CMIP_Descriptions.tar tar -xvf CMIP_Descriptions.tar rm CMIP_Descriptions.tar And then restart EDEX.
