But that code should give you the turbluance information for each station: 'flightLevel', 'numLayer', 'timeObs', 'latitude', 'longitude' 'turbBaseHeight', 'turbTopHeight', 'turbInten' For the cases where the obs end with no space between the "=", you will still have to write your own decoder for that case. But the "obsText" parameter has that information.
