Hi Wei, That's great news, I'm sorry it took us so long to figure it out, but glad we got to the bottom of it. As far as the NAM12 warning message, we see that message as well in our edex. Do you see NAM 12km data available when you run CAVE, under the "Models" menu? Although I don't understand why edex is printing out that message, I think that at least is "expected" behavior as of right now. We still show NAM 12km data in CAVE when pointed at our server that is printing out the same warnings you have.
